How can I pay?

We offer a variety of payment methods. You can pay via the shopping cart with Ideal, credit card, via (international) bank transfer and via Bitcoin. Belgian customers can also pay with Bancontact, German customers with Sofort. We love personal contact with our customers, so you can also choose to email us and/ or call to place your order. Then we give you our details with which you can pay for your order.

How much are the shipping costs?

We ship from The Netherlands. Within the EU we ship with DHL, and the standard shipping costs are E7.95. Because DHL uses higher rates for heavier packages (2 kg and more), we may deviate from this, but we will inform you by e-mail beforehand.

How quickly do I receive an order?

We strive to offer your shipment to DHL within 24 hours after receiving your (proof of) payment.

How can I exchange/ return/ cancel an order?

In case of return, the legal conditions mentioned below apply.
But for us, providing the best products and service, and personal contact with our customers is most important. We will therefore always handle every application individually. So if something comes up, just give us a call or send an email, and then we look together for the best solution.

DNActivation.com offers its customers the possibility to return the purchased items without stating reasons. You can exchange for (an)other item(s) (the difference will be settled), or you will be refunded the purchase price. Please always contact us via email info@dnactivation.com or telephone +31 (0) 6 18604786, before returning your purchased articles.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. If you make use of this right, you will be refunded the full amount (including shipping costs) within 7 days after receipt of the return shipment (see conditions return shipment). You only pay for the return costs from your home to DNActivation.com.

You must return the product with all accessories and – if reasonably possible – in the original condition and packaging. With sealed products (such as supplements) the condition is that the seal is not broken. If your seal is broken, your order is final and can not be returned.

If you want to return, please send an email to info@dnactivation.com. We will contact you as soon as possible.

Conditions for return shipment

The purchased items may be viewed, but not used. They should be received by DNActivation.com as follows: undamaged, clean, complete and in original packaging. Sealed products must be returned sealed. If the returned products do not meet the above requirements, we have the right to partially and/ or completely refuse the purchase price.

The return shipment must be properly packaged and shipped, so that the items remain undamaged. We accept no liability for any defect(s) other than how it was originally sold/ shipped.

After receiving the return shipment we will assess the articles. If approved, you will be refunded the full amount including shipping costs.

Cancel order

If we have not yet shipped the items, you can cancel your order free of charge. If we have already shipped the items, you can still cancel your order. The conditions return shipment then apply.

Guarantee

The statutory warranty period applies to the H2 water makers.
